We’re looking for a People Intern to support the day-to-day work of building a high-performing, people-centric organization at OneLot. In this role, you’ll work closely with our People Team across recruitment, onboarding, operations, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll get hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping improve the systems and processes that support our growing team.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values structure and organization, and wants practical experience in People Operations within a fast-growing startup environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new-hire experience
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Help coordinate People Operations logistics, including office needs, onboarding requirements, and internal events
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal communications
• Provide general support on People Team projects and help improve HR systems and processes

What we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Available to work on-site three (3) days per week
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn in a startup environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
